The
finest Dead Arm ever made has a smoky, ethereal and
spicy bouquet of slightly meaty dark plums and berries
scented with violets, licorice and black pepper, cloves
and cinnamon. Smooth and sumptuous, it’s powerful
and searingly intense palate of black berry fruit has
a salty/mineral edge and a sophisticated marriage with
new oak. Despite its intense fruit sweetness, the wine
finishes long and savoury, with lingering sour edges,
terrific acids and overall balance. A traditional wine,
with cut and polish.
