D’Arenberg
The Laughing Magpie Shiraz Viognier 2004
Best Red Wines Under $20
James
Halliday’s Top 100 Wines, The Weekend Australian.
Nov 06
Name
for Chester Osborn’s daughters when they struggled
to say ‘Kookaburra’, this is an upmarket
version of the ‘little critter’ wines aimed
at the US market. Its 6 per cent Viognier component
provides great synergies, with a vibrant, juicy palate
supported by fine tannins. A lovely wine that runs through
to a long finish.

Php 1,493 / per bottle

D’Arenberg
The Dead Arm Shiraz 2004
90 Points
Nat
Decants, Wine Recommendations, Nov 2006
Consistently
rich and complex, this sought-after Shiraz has claimed
its rightful place as one of Australia's iconic wines.
A concentrated and full-bodied wine with aromas of dark
red fruit. Not as over-extracted as in the past; more
balanced and foodfriendly.

Php 2,925/ per bottle
